Preise und Versandkosten

(1) MIDDLE BEAST liefert weltweit aus.

(2) Der Versand erfolgt per Postversand per DHL. Das Versandrisiko trägt MIDDLE BEAST, wenn der Kunde Verbraucher ist. MIDDLE BEAST liefert lediglich an paketzustellfähige Adressen durch das im Bestellprozess angegebene Unternehmen.

(3) MIDDLE BEAST ist zu Teillieferungen berechtigt, sofern dies dem Kunden zumutbar ist. Sofern Teillieferungen von MIDDLE BEAST durchgeführt werden, übernimmt MIDDLE BEAST die zusätzlichen Versandkosten. Bei Lieferverzögerungen wird der Kunde schnellstmöglich informiert.

(4) MIDDLE BEAST ist berechtigt, die Preise mit einer schriftlichen oder in Textform gehaltenen Ankündigung von zwei Monaten zum Monatsende zu erhöhen, wenn sich die Kosten für die vertragsgegenständliche Leistung (z.B. Rohstoffpreise) insgesamt erhöht haben. Die Preisänderung gilt als vom Kunden angenommen, wenn dieser nicht binnen einer Frist von sechs Wochen nach Zugang der Änderungsmitteilung schriftlich oder in Textform widerspricht. Der Kunde wird in der Änderungsmitteilung auf sein Widerspruchsrecht, die Widerspruchsfrist und die Folgen des Schweigens gesondert hingewiesen. Der Kunde hat die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag ohne Einhaltung einer Frist auf den Zeitpunkt der Preisanpassung zu kündigen. Im Falle des Widerrufs des Kunden behält sich MIDDLE BEAST vor, den Vertrag seinerseits unter Einhaltung der in § 4 Abs. 3 der AGB genannten Fristen zu kündigen. Gegebenenfalls im Voraus gezahlte Beträge werden von MIDDLE BEAST anteilig erstattet.

(5) Versandkosten Berechnung

Deutschland:
Für eine Bestellung mit Zieladresse in Deutschland werden Versandkosten in Höhe von 5 € berechnet.

EU-Staaten:
Für eine Bestellung mit Zieladresse in einem EU-Staat (außerhalb Deutschland) werden Versandkosten in Höhe von 7 € berechnet.

Nicht EU-Staaten:
Für eine Bestellung mit Zieladressen außerhalb der EU werden bis zu einem maximalen Gesamtwarengewicht von 500g  Versandkosten in Höhe von 7 € berechnet. Bei Bestellungen mit einem Gesamtwarengewicht über 500g werden die notwendigen Zusatzkosten berechnet. 

Packstationen

Wir liefern auch gerne an eine Packstation. Dafür musst Du bei der Bestellung Deinen Packstation-Nummer und Deine Kundennummer angeben.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Prices and shipping costs

(1) MIDDLE BEAST delivers worldwide.

(2) Shipment shall be made by post via DHL. MIDDLE BEAST shall bear the shipping risk if the Customer is a consumer. MIDDLE BEAST shall only deliver to addresses suitable for parcel delivery by the company specified in the order process.

(3) MIDDLE BEAST shall be entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the Customer. If partial deliveries are made by MIDDLE BEAST, MIDDLE BEAST shall bear the additional shipping costs. In case of delays in delivery the customer shall be informed as soon as possible.

(4) MIDDLE BEAST shall be entitled to increase the prices with a written or textual notice of two months to the end of the month, if the costs for the contractual performance (e.g. raw material prices) have increased in total. The price change shall be deemed accepted by the customer if the customer does not object in writing or in text form within a period of six weeks after receipt of the notification of change. In the notification of change, the customer will be informed separately of his right to object, the objection period and the consequences of silence. The customer has the possibility to terminate the contract without notice at the time of the price adjustment. In case of revocation by the customer MIDDLE BEAST reserves the right to terminate the contract on its part subject to the periods of notice stated in § 4 para. 3 of the General Terms and Conditions. Amounts paid in advance, if any, shall be refunded by MIDDLE BEAST on a pro rata basis.

(5) Shipping Costs Calculation

Germany:
For an order with destination address in Germany shipping costs of 5 € will be charged.

EU countries:
For an order with a destination address in an EU country (outside Germany) shipping costs of 7 € will be charged.

Non EU countries:
For an order with a destination address outside the EU, shipping costs of 7 € will be charged up to a maximum total weight of 500g. For orders with a total weight of more than 500g the necessary additional costs will be charged.

Packing stations

We are also happy to deliver to a packing station. To do this, you must provide your Packstation number and customer number when you order.
